Week "Zero"
Each year on the final weekend before the start of FRC regional competitions events called "Week Zero" events are held. These are generally what many might see as a "scrimmage" style event. It is often the first time teams will have a chance to get the seasons newest generation of robots onto the field of play and see how well they perform.

A Legacy handed down...
The Northern Minnesota Robotics Conference "Week 0" event was originally started by one of our founding teams. Team 3102 the "Tech-No-Tigers" hosted and ran this important event from 2015 through the 2022 FRC Season. With the growth of the NMRC and the ever increasing needs of students across our territory team 3102 determined it was time for a change. They graciously passed us the baton of this tremendous event in the hopes of reaching even more students. From the 2023 season on the NMRC's "Week 0" event continues to provide opportunities to students and engage the schools and communities of our teams.
